The brief
Recognition with personality.
EDGE stands for Every Day Giving Excellence — an internal Broadgate award created to acknowledge the people whose care, initiative and effort shape the experience around them. The visual language needed to feel uplifting and human, with room for both a public moment of recognition and a personal thank-you.
The identity brings together an expressive wordmark, celebratory bursts and a confident palette of navy, plum, mint and coral. Across the examples shown here, it moves from the campaign illustration into wearable badges and a printed appreciation card.

Bold lettering and a small burst of energy give the award its own presence while sitting naturally within Broadgate's visual world.

Architectural outlines and simplified colour marks create a small family of motifs that connects the recognition programme to its setting.
03 / Wearable recognition
A little symbol with meaning.
The badge turns appreciation into something colleagues can wear and carry into the working day. The original artwork shows two messages: “Listen and understand” and “Bring your whole self”.

Recognition in the everyday.
A badge alongside the Broadgate lanyard shows how the identity lives on a person, at a familiar scale, rather than only on a presentation board.
05 / The thank-you
Make it personal.
The printed card creates space for a named message of appreciation. Plum and coral carry the award language into a quieter, more considered moment.
